  1. How do I register my Eureka product?

    Fill out and mail in the registration form in the Owner's Guide that came with your vacuum cleaner. Or, use our convenient online registration form.

  2. I am looking for a particular Eureka model. Where can I purchase it?

    Our Store Locator will help you find the Eureka dealer nearest you. Search both retail and online stores, as the selection varies. Call ahead before going to a retail store to make sure your particular model is in stock.

  3. How do I find the model number on my Eureka vacuum?

    You’ll find the model number on a metallic silver-colored rating plate, which is usually located on the back or bottom of your vacuum.

  4. What if I've lost the Owners Guide and don't know which model I own?

    Look for the metallic silver-colored rating plate on the back or bottom of your Eureka vacuum. Your model number is comprised of four digits and two letters.

  5. What are the warranty periods for Eureka products?

    All Eureka products carry a one-year warranty. Products that have earned the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval carry an additional year of warranty protection through Good Housekeeping.

  6. I am interested in learning more about the Eureka VacCare Subscription Plan. Where can I go to get more information?

  8. Should I use Eureka Filteraire® High Filtration vacuum bags?

    If you're concerned about allergens or a family member suffers from allergies or asthma, we recommend choosing a vacuum cleaner that uses Filteraire® High Filtration vacuum bags. These bags retain up to 100% of dust mite debris, grass and ragweed pollens, as well as particles 15 times smaller than a human hair. (A human hair is 50-70 microns thick.)

  9. Should I use a Eureka HEPA media vacuum filter?

    This filter is designed according to strict HEPA standards and traps particles 75 times smaller than a human hair. This includes 99.97% of dust mite debris, animal dander, mold and pollen. If you're concerned about allergens or a family member has allergies or asthma, you should choose a vacuum cleaner with HEPA Filtration.

  10. What is a Sealed HEPA filtration system?

    Sealed HEPA Filtration is a totally sealed vacuum filtration system. A Sealed HEPA Filtration system filters everything, including the motor exhaust, so only clean air comes out of your vacuum. Every vacuum with this feature is individually sealed for Sealed HEPA performance, and filters household dust, pollen, bacteria and other allergens as small as 0.3 microns. (A human hair is 50–70 microns thick.)

  12. Do you have goals to reduce waste and water usage within your production facilities in North America?

    We have set targets for waste reduction and water use reduction. The total amount of waste measured from January - July 2009 and projected for the full year is 550 tons of solid materials that will be recycled and 3,632 pounds of material that will not be recycled. Our goal is to reduce this by 2% every year. The amount of water used in 2008 at our North American production facility was 0.508 cubic feet per vacuum produced. Our goal is to reduce this by 8% per year through 2012.
